health stuff

The thing is, I do not want to become a health freak or training obsessed. I just want to become fit.
Also I think its better to spend time at the gym instead of in front of the computer or TV. Unless its overdone and it gets a negative effect instead.
I do not want to look like a bodybuilder nor a marathon runner, I just want to be stronger and get a better regular pulse.
If I get high blood-pressure its very very bad, Worse than if a ’normal’ person gets it.

A normal pulse rate for a healthy adult, while resting, can range from sixty to ninety beats per minute (BPM). During sleep, this can drop to as low as forty BPM; during strenuous exercise, it can rise as high as 200–220 BPM. Generally, pulse rates are higher in younger persons. A resting heart rate for an infant is as high as or higher than an adult’s pulse rate during strenuous exercise. (from wiki)

training strengthens the heart and makes it easier for the heart to pump so it doesnt have to pump so often. So if I have a resting pulse of 90 bmp when having excercised a lot it may be near 60 instead, then also the lungs have a greater capacity of filling the blood with oxhugen so one doesnt have to breathe as often as one would do otherwise. I sat next to someone in a sofa and tried to breathe as slowly as she did but I couldnt manage.

There is a course in Nutrition, Foods and Health that I would like to attend in summer but it is in Varberg. 40 minutes trainride away. prices for that range from 44 to 140:- , so lets say I have to do that 3 days a week for 5 weeks… at least that will be ( 88 * 3) * 5 = 1320 :- At least, probably more.
Its not worth it… I do hope they will have a similar one in Halmstad tho… One can hope.

Its just a thing, dont worry I’ll snap out of this eventually.
