We went for the walk, first I did some standard leash training – Walk with me = treat. When the leash is stretched, look at me = treat/keep walking.
Good videos on the subject are here:

Train this inside the garden, on the rocks, on the grass, in front of the house, behind the house. Here food (thrown) is ok for treat. When you go outside use prosciutto or something better (like a small stick) at treat, or just use the fact to keep walking as a treat.
The idea is for her not to see the walk as HER walk, but as your walk together. But its important that she can have HER walk too. Use a special word for that, and a different word when she can walk, but needs to walk with you (without pulling).
Don’t ever use the lead in the collar again, I don’t believe she is easier to control with that than with clear rules and guidelines (reinforced with rewards). Rewards/treat can be many things, on a walk it can be to smell something, to pull a little, to play with a stick (with you), to get a stick (from you) or to get a piece of food (from you).
Its important to play the ”put on your harness”-game regularly so that it doesnt always mean ”go for a walk” like the red lead now does. Sometimes just put it on and let her stay inside, then take it off. It should not be a big deal. Big deal = stress.
