Some people .. Well basically just one person.. says I sleep too many hours. I dont think I do. Usually not. I think I am awake too many hours. But then again, who is the judge of whether it is sufficient or too much, or even too little?

Anyway.. back to the sleeping matter…
How do you sleep? Does your bodyclock fit into the normal 24-hr scheme of day and night? or does it have to due to work or other? then what is it like on weekdays…
LustForLike Doesnt (as far as I know) sleep much at all on weekends, but he has to sleep at nights due to his work… He needs to be on time in the morning… Sometimes he goes to bed very late and still has to get up early so I guess the day after he cant pay very much attention at work…
Another person I know sleeps from 1:am to 6:am every day. He could sleep longer but he likes to excerzise in the morning.. which he does for ninety minutes. As far as I know he is Always tired. and his immune system is very low, he is sick quite a lot. Well, more than the average person…
A third person I know cant and doesnt want to sleep because of dreams.. but thats not the case here… so I wont get into that..
Sleeping hours… Mine…
Well… I can feel in all my body that I have been awake for too long.. from 8:30 to 00:30 …. thats just 16 hours… I thought the hours I need to stay awake ~14 and the hours I need to sleep 10 .. didnt fit in 24 hours.. but they do, just… Maybe I shall try to keep to that… and I will suceed.. I will try to arrange it so I will wake up at 8 am.. then I will need to go to sleep at 22 (10pm) which shouldnt be impossible…
yes. thats settles it then… 10 hrs of sleep and 14 hrs of awakeness..
Now I need sleep…
Really… badly… I’m off…
